Flowerama Rave! Long
I just wanted tell everyone this, cuz I still can't beleive how wonderful Flowerama in Franklin Square has been.
Two of my sisters ordered their dresses in sizes way smaller than they were measured for, swearing they were going to lose weight. Needless to say, they never lost the weight and the dresses came in right around Christmas. I called the store in a bit of a panic, I have been panicking all along about this, and Christine told me to have them come in and she would see what she could do. They go down there and neither one can get into the dress, not even close. Meanwhile, my friend goes down and picks up her dress and takes it home cuz she is going to have it done by a seamstress she knows.
Christine manages to get two new dresses for my sister's in the right sizes in a week and doesn't even charge them for it. They are now getting the alterations done...in a rush obviously. My friend takes her dress to the seamstress who tells her that the dress can't be altered the way she wants. She calls me all upset and I tell her to take it back to Flowerama. They not only do the alterations, they do them over the weekend and she was supposed to pick up the dress at 6 pm, she decided to go there at 10 am cuz she is sort of in the area, and it's done.
I can't tell you how happy I am, and I just want people to know how accomodating they have been, especially when I hear all the horror stories on here or amongst friends.
