I have been there for a meeting and I have been there for a retirement party.

The place is really nice and the food is good but it is alittle out of the way. It is not right off the LIE. If I remember correctly you were concerned about a hall that was in Suffolk because you thought it was too far out.

Food was delicious! Service was great!

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the tiled ceiling but otherwise it's a really pretty place. The grounds are beautiful!

When we went to the wedding, we stayed at Danford's in Port Jeff (that's where the Hotel Block was) and I remember it taking quite a while by shuttle to get there. It wasn't too bad going there but it was definitely rough at the end of the night especially since we were all drunk and tired.

Don't rule it out though. It's a really nice place.

food is top notch. its a fab place..owned by the same people who own Land's End.

It's def expensive.
