Flowerfield brides...question about food..

I just had a Flowerfield tasting.,,YUMMY!!!

Everything was so good, it's hard to narrow it down!

My question:

Are you doing the first course, second course, main course...

or

combination course, main course.

We are doing cocktail hour for 1.5 hours, so we thought that people are going to be so full from the extended cockail hour, that we'd give them the combination course. (We also upgraded the cocktail hour to include that lobster, Alaskan King Crab Claws, Oysters, Clams, Shrimp, Mussles thing...so we know people will pig out on that).

Also, what did you choose for your menus?

Kathy116...I don't know anything about Flowerfield...but I just wanted to say that you are getting married on my birthday...good choice!

I can't be of any help either, but just wanted to let you know that the best wedding I've ever been to was at Flowerfield. They had that big seafood thing at the cocktail hour also and everyone loved it!!
They had the cigar bar afterwards too, but I'm not sure if you can do that anymore due to the smoking laws...?

We had first, second, main course and I loved it. We did not have an upgraded cocktail hour, but our guests ate a lot of food. They did enjoy the three courses. I did too. It is just a preference...
But I guarantee you this, whatever you choose it will be AMAZING! That place is the best!

We chose:
the lobster purse,
salad with fresh mozzerealla and mixed greens,
herb roasted chicken,
filet mignon,
chilean sea bass...I tried all three at our wedding. YUMMY

By the way, doesnt flowerfield do an amazing tasting! I wish I was getting married all over again!

THanks ladies...you are such sweeties

The tasting was AMAZING!!! This will be my first wedding at Flowerfield, I just hope I get invited as a guest to some in the future, so I can really experience it!!!

I'm doing the combination course with the lobster purse and the rissotto with the steak house salad, it wasn't one of the options but we worked it out and they said they would do that. Then we have the herb roasted free range chicken, filet mignon and chiliean sea bass. The food was soooooo good at the tasting it was hard to choose
