my cousin got married at Flowerfield a few years ago and I was a BM and we never actually did a rehearsal there. i don't know if that was b/c the B&G didn't want it though (b/c it was far for everyone to travel).

So my cousin (the groom) drew out a diagram of what the room would look like and then we rehearsed in their backyard right before the rehearsal dinner.

i had the rehearsal the day before my wedding. then we went into port jefferson to eat :)

I think everyone pretty much knows the deal.. we will just do a quick run through minus bride/groom the day of..
