Flowerfield tasting

How soon before the wedding do you get to taste the food at Flowerfield? I hear great things about it, but would like to try it for myself. Also I hear there will be a menu change soon.

Flowerfield tasting

My wedding was in July of 2001, and I had my tasting in November of 1999, before I booked my reception.
