Flowerfield - wedding cake

Flowerfield - wedding cake

Are there any Flowerfield brides out there that have ordered their cake yet? I tried calling the bakery to see what the procedure was and couldn''t get a straight answer out of them. Do you know the time frame for ordering the cake and if we need to provide our own flowers for the cakes?

If I were you, I would call Scott at Flowerfield and ask him. I was at their tasting yesterday and he made it sound like a very easy process--you can go down to Audrey's and they will show you their stuff or you can bring your own pictures--then they will give you tastings of everything.

I was @ their tasting yesterday and Cynthia showed me a book of pictures to choose from and told me i didn't have to order until i settle on my final menu. I would also just call one of the consultants there, they are very helpful after all we're all paying an arm and a leg for their help!

Hi mdm--
I was there too. Wasn't that seabass fabulous??!! Everything was so good! Did you make any decisions for your menu?

I think we are doing the filet mignon, sea bass and not sure about the third. We are definitely going with the lobster purse also! Our date is September 16th.

We are going with the sea bass too! We went to a tasting before we booked in November of 1999, and I've been dreaming about it ever since! Our other 2 choices are the fillet mignon, and free range breast of chicken in a rosemary glaze.
