Just got back from the tasting......AMAZING. Now here is the question. Do you order your cake when you finalize the menu or do you have to set up a seperate appointment with Audrey's??

When you finalize the menu, I just did that on Friday. You deal with Audreys through your banquet manager.

Re: Flowerfield/Lands End brides
I did a yellow cake with raspberry and chocolate mousse filling with buttercream.
I know several people who don't like cheese, including my mom, so red velvet wouldn't work for me. Its not really my thing anyhow. I like sweet more.

Red velvet is SOOOOOO good!! That's what we did (not a LE or FF bride) and we were so happy we did. It's actually pretty sweet, and people loved the cream cheese icing!! Good luck!!

We are doing the China Scroll Red Velvet cake and you order this when you finalize the menu. Flowerfield deals with Audreys we didn't at all.

Bring pics if you want of cakes you like and they can match it/recreate it to the cakes they make. That's what we did!! I saw a cake I wanted and we found a cake that was the closest to it and Audrey's did a beautiful job (see my avatar/albums)!!! We had lots of compliments on our cake too!!
