Approx. how long before my wedding should I order the flowergirl's dress. She is 2 now, so she's growing pretty quickly.

My wedding in 8/2/03, and my flowergirl is 3. I am waiting until after Easter to start shopping. I am hoping to find a deal on a Easter/communion dress sale. I don't think you will need more than 2 months.

Hmmm I want to take advantage of the easter sales too but my wedding is in may do you think that would be cutting too close??

The after Easter sales are the way to go. My FG was 5 and we bought her dress in April for my August 18th wedding and it was fine - we just bought one size up, just in case.
Tara - I think that if you start looking around when the Easter dresses come out in like March, you should be fine. You can always buy a dress, then watch if it goes on sale and bring your receipt back for a price fix.

I agree with the easter sales suggestions. I couldn't wait though, wedding is early may and I was picky about matching the FG dresses to my MOH. There were so many websites I came across and order times varied. I was told for our dresses, 10 week delivery But I see you still have time!
edited to add: Tara, I would be too nervous to wait. Did you pick out a dress yet? know what you want? I agree that you should buy them now and take em back for the credit when they go on sale

My weding is March 29th and I ordered the dresses in October and I got them in December. They fit both girls great. I got them a size bigger and by the time I got them they were that size and there is room if we need to make bigger
