Flowergirl Dresses

My SIL mentioned that she saw flowergirl dresses with petals in the hem of the tulle skirt. I KNOW I have seen them on this site before, but don't know who makes them. Anyone know what I am talking about, or know which designer makes them?

My sister in law had those dresses. She got married7 years ago though. I'll see what I can find out
