We're going to a few florists later today and I'm was just wondering if anyone had a ballpark figure of how much is an average amount to spend. I know it is different for everyone, but I have NO idea of how much to budget for flowers...

I budgeted $2,500 and came within that. It varies on how important flowers is to you, I wanted specific flowers but I didn't want to go over my budget on it either. If flowers are important to you, maybe you can cut speding somplace else in order to incorporate what you want.

I'm getting GORGEOUS flowers from Flower Michele for around $1500, which is right where I wanted to be. That includes a LOT, though...
all bo-k's, boutonnieres, pew decorations, rose petals for aisle and tossing, flowers for altar (which will later be handed to each female guest at the reception), 14 centerpieces, sweetheart table, cake flowers, mom flowers, etc.
My centerpieces will be all low ones, though... if you go high, the price goes higher, too!
