if you had a set budget in mind, you can ask them what they think you can get for that budget.

if you don't have a limited budget, then you can ask them for suggestions, if you don't already have anything in mind.

definitely ask who would be doing your centerpieces and who would be there to oversee your flowers on the day of your wedding.
