You dont have to use the house vendors. I booked with Stefans.

No you do not have to use the vendors the halls recommend. Alot of ladies use Flower Michele or Burton's

usually the vendor gives a fee to the hall for recommending them...so you may not get as much as someone walking off the street...
there are some halls that require the use of their vendors...

although...stacey has a point...hall vendors know your hall very well...and know all the ins and outs...and where flowers need to be...
