we thought my FH sis might pay for them. Now we arent sure.
We are on a tight budget as it is. I was going to use proflowers.com if we had to pay ourselves, but am getting worried about doing that.
All I need are BM bouquets and my bouquet. No centerpieces.

Re: Flowers
How many BM bouquets do you need? Have you thought about making them yourself. I know someone who made her BM bouquets the night before her wedding. SHe went into Manhattan where they sell them at wholesale prices and made them herself. I saw pics and they were so pretty -- she saved tons of money too

Re: Flowers
Well- no centerpieces because I need to save $ and I though we could just do candles, etc. I am assuming that it will be much cheaper if I don't use flowers in my centerpieces. Plus, flowers truly aren't that important to me. But- nevertheless, I need to have them.
I hadn't thought about doing wholesale flowers but that might be a good idea.

Re: Flowers
I will try to get in touch with my friend later tonight and ask her where her friend bought the flowers, I believe she used roses but I do know she was on a very tight budget and this saved her alot...
Hi, I used Proflowers for holiday flowers and had a difficult experience with them. I would really double check them out before making a decision. Hopefully, there are a few brides with reviews on here.

Re: Flowers
go see John at Flower Michele. Flowers are also A low priority for us. My BM BoKs are 30$ all gerbera daisies, roses are even less expensive. Boots are 5$ -10$, ours are 8 because we are doing mini calla lilies.
for boots and BM BoKs we are spending $250.00
4 coursages are 45$

Re: Flowers
I am thinking of spending around $500-600. I am most likely going to DIY with silk flowers to save money for CPs.
There's a million nice candle CPs though also!!

i 2nd that!!! john is super reasonable. u could get the candles and possibly ask him how much it would be to set them up for you. if u go on flower michele's site you will see an example of a beautiful candle centerpeice. it's under 'low centerpiece settings' HTH
