Could some one let me know how much would it cost for an all stephanotis bouquet (around 400 flowers)

Also, can you please list some flowers (from less expensive to more costly) for the month on September.

For all stephanotis I was told it could cost up to $1000. I was also told that stephanotis die quickly so they will sometimes make a back - up bo-k. I am doing mostly stephanotis but using some roses to bring down the cost.
