Flowers

Hi ladies,
may i ask you what you guys are paying for your flowers (total- including bouquets, boutinerees etc)... i was given a quote today ($1500) and i want to know if it is a reasonable amount to spend on flowers... TIA!

what does this 1500 include? Are CP's in this amount?

There are a ton of factors to take into consideration....

How many tables are you having? High or low cps? How many bo-ks? Anything for you ceremony? What about CH?

it's for 15 CPs, BoK's (only 2, one for me and one for MOH- no bridal party), and 4 boutonnieres

Mine are $4K - but I am having a lot more CPs (25) and I have 16 people in the BP (8 each) plus moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas.

Sounds like a great deal! Does it include only certain types of flowers, or any kind?

Sounds like a good deal...mine was 2100 for 20 CPs and 8 boks...2 cascading ...then my bok...12 boutineers and flowers for the chrhc.

my bo-k plus throwaway

3 corsages
alter flowers
6 pew flowers and or bows
petals for all tables
arrangement for out table
flowers for cake
petal cones
flower girls basket with petals plus a refill

think thats it lol

That seems decent considering the CPs.

I'm paying 598 for all personal flowers (my boq and toss, 2 MOH, 4 BM, 2 groom bouts, 6 bouts for GM/dads/Grandfather, 5 corsages for moms/grandmas) and rose petals and holly sprigs for all tables and cake table and dais. Booyah! Then 200 for CP set up and delivery, we're supplying our own CPs. I can't complain....much.

it's the flowers we discussed that i wanted- i've never known what brides pay for them!

thanks ladies so much for your input! i appreciate all of your responses! i really had NO clue!

we are cutting cost though with no flowers at the church (the church is so dark) and we don't have a BP so that helps also... we also haven't decided on flowers for anywhere else at the RH...

mines is 3600 16 high cp and my bouquet, 8 bm, 9 gm, 1father bout, 1 groom bout, 1 grandmother corsage, 2 mother corsage, ceremony decor, cake decor, card & guestbook table decor.
