I need some recommendations for vendors to check out for flowers. I want to avoid those on higher end as flowers in one of the areas I am trying to cut back on. Also seems like Burtons is affordable but looks like they are doing flowers for 4 or 5 other people on LIW that have the same date as me and that makes me nervous.

Flowers and Designs by Gina!!! She does amazing work at a great price. I have pics of my samples in my albums, and pro pics of my day of centerpieces.

Tommy at Cress of Douglaston did the flowers for my wedding and for my sister's. All of the flowers were gorgeous. He was great to work with! There was not a single CP left behind at either wedding!

Jen at Verbana is reasonable and super easy to work with. She has great review on here as well.

Although I ultimately did not book with them, Cress Florists of Douglaston had a very reasonable package, was willing to work within a budget, and was very nice.

Yes, I agree! I met with Burtons, Gina and Rose, and Rose was definitely my favorite and the most reasonably priced, so I booked with her.

Flowers & Designs by Gina... she is really great and totally sweet. She calls and emails to check in, and responds within hours. Not to mention she's a perfectionist...love that in a vendor.
