When you get a quote what do you do about tables? I don't know exactly how many tables I will need - depending on responses. So what do you guesstimate?
I did 20 tables because I have to guarantee 200 at the reception. I booked with Pedestals and they said that if it changes it's no big deal. So start with how many you think are going to go and work from there. They are going to give you a per centerpiece charge.
I gave estimated the most tables I would have and that's the nunber we went with to start. So I said 16, when in actuality it may only be 14. You will give the final count to the florist after you get your RSVPs and you have your final guest count.
usually 10-12 people a table. we garunteed 150 so we figured 15 tables with the florist bc you really can fit like 180 people at 15 tables
i guested like 25 above my number guarantee! i think either do it for either the guarantee number or just above it...just so you know the higher price rather than lower
