I've heard great things about ******* in Melville. They sell their flowers wholesale, so they are a little cheaper!!!

b urtons!. they quoted me 1/2 of other florists. they did my friends wedding a few years ago and the flowers were beautiful!!

FBB has positive reviews and I've heard good things from real life brides I talked to at work and among my circle of friends.

As to other 2nd choice florists which aren't mentioned a lot on LIW - check out MetroFloral Decorators. They have offices in Astoria and Great Neck. They are a bit pricey but in general, they also have done great work for weddings.
