Hey girls- just starting my floral research. Wanted to see if anyone can share who they are using. Also, what you are getting in your package and how much you are paying.

This is what I was quoted for the wedding package of the place I am using:
Centerpieces are separate. We're thinking hydrangeas in a short smaller square vase. We were quoted $4 a hydrangea and we can buy our own vases if we find cheaper.

We are booked with Designs & Flowers by Gina - such a sweet lady!
I believe *tentatively*, our package includes:
- Bridal Bouquet - 5 BM bouquets - 1 Flower Pomander' - Corsages for MOB/MOG - 8 low floral CPs - 8 Submerged CPs - flowers for cake table/cake - 2 arrangements for the bar
I'm not sure if I am missing anything but that came out to (with delivery and set up charge included) $2600.

Check out Marion from Bayview Florist & Montage. She is amazing.. great prices, and you will love her for the same reasons i did!
( She also blings out EVERYTHING, and makes the flowers sparkle)

You girls have similar needs to me. I have a large bridal party (9 BM), and I'll need approx 20 centerpieces.
I did not expect it to be 6K. Is this the typical cost??????

Call me crazy but I'm ordering my flowers from an internet florist. It's saving me lots of money. I've been to a few events of people who have used them and they're beautiful.

Suzie- I mean I told her i want everything BLING BLING BLING Roses , callililys, crystals , diamonds, you name it! It is a great price. She also has gorgeous diamond table numbers to rent...im getting those too.. If you are doing simple in season flowers the price goes down alot..
Jackie- I feel you girl! But she will keep it on the DL hush hush.. do you know her ? (Marion) She is awesomeeee.. i barely spoke, she knew EXACTLY what i wanted!!

try b u r t o n s, they charge u $100 flat for any CP either high or low, as long as the flowers r in season

Jsquared - Thanks! I'm almost just cried! I haven't met with any florists yet. I need to get on that! But I was hoping to keep it simple.
It's good to know what the price points are though before I start talking to florists!

My florist is amazing..
16 tall centerpieces..
20person bridal party.
plus passing flowers, bathroom flowers, decorative flowers
I'm using Lovin Oven in Sayville.
Also I added a floral arch with organza down the posts.

$150 for CPs, BMs 95 each (I have 9 of them), GMs $10 each.
I'm doing clutches for the moms @ $10 each, $5 each for boots.
my whole package was $4000 and I got the following (i booked with Joseph and LOVE him):
- 16 tall CPs @ $150 each - 2 church flower pieces @ $150 each - my BOK $225 - 9 BM BOKs @ $95 each - 9 GM boots - 2 dad boots - 2 mom clutches - 1 FG basket - 20 assorted corsages - tulle outside of the church - throwaway BOK - CP for our sweetheart table - 6 rows of pew bows
I think there were other things but I can't remember now. HTH

wow that sounds almost like what i'm going to need. I'll need a little less bm bok but my centerpieces i def need around 20.. wheres the little flower shop?
