Flowers and tuxes??

When did everyone start looking at florists?
and how long before the wedding did your FH's go to pick out their tuxes and get fitted with groomsmen?
I'm terrible at knowing when to start doing this stuff!!

We didn't book a florist until January, so about 4 mos. before the wedding. As for tuxes, maybe 1-1.5 mos. before the wedding?

I got my flowers about 2 months ago and my FH didn't do tuxes yet. Tuxes you can go for 3 months before--so I've heard.
