Flowers by Brian

I just want to make all of you aware that I had a bad experience with flowers by brian. A friend of mine used them and loved them but I recentely used then and was very disapointed. There were SEVERAL things in the contract that they did not do and are not issuing me a refund. They sent me flowers with an apology note but that will never change the fact that I was upset on my wedding day because my centerpieces were not like the sample they had showed me. They used much less flowers than they told me they would and left out certain things that they promised me. I was VERY specific about what I wanted and was very clear. They promised me it would all happen. I felt like I was taken advantage of because I paid for it all in advance!!!

I have heard a few storis like that about them.....but I have also heard great things about them......sorry about you experience though!!!

That stinks that that happened to you!!! I hope they refunded some of your money. They should still care about what they give you even if you pay in advance because word of mouth is great advertising!!

At this point I just want to move on. I am not going to fight them for a refund. Its way too much stress.
Nothing I can do now and cant go back unfortunately but I did want to warn others.

I wouldn't worry! We used them for our wedding and they were fantastic. My sister is using them as well in her upcoming wedding. After our wedding we had a few friends use them because the arragements were stunning! They have been around a long time and have a good reputation.

I would be leary of 'brides' who come on after their wedding to solely bash a vendor.

Unfortunately not everyone will have good experiences no matter how much a company is raved about. Just make sure you get everything in writing especially if they are going to have to make last minute substitutions.

As far as I know MANY people come on here just as lurkers and never even post. The fact that you had a great experience is great but that does NOT mean that she would be lying or as you put 'BASHING' a specific vendor. She was solely giving others a heads up.

My sister got married back in sept. 03 and also a went with FBB. The flowers did look amazing but one thing was clear they had promised they'd do certain things and they didn't. They were also supposed give more ceremony flowers among other things and they didn't even apologize or give her a refund.
