So I call them today to speak to the guy I booked with cause I wanted to make an appointment to go over everything. The receptionist tells me that he no longer works there anymore. I am so pissed!!! I really liked him and loved his ideas. I am also pissed that no one contacted me to tell me that I will be working with someone else. I have an appointment next week to meet the new person I am going to deal with and go over everything with. Hopefully I will like her!

I feel like I've heard this story with FBB. I'm working with Michelle, maybe I should check whether or not she's still there too.

This happened to me and it turned into a mess at first. But then it was a blessing in disguise. I was originally working with a brunette Joseph but then found out (also only by calling) that he left. I was so annoyed I made an appt to meet with Cindy who I didn't like. I didn't feel she was creative her experiance within the industry is mainly with FTD. This was after they tried setting me up with a receptionist. I complained and they made an appt with Joseph C. He is amazing!!!!!! Pics of samples are in my albums.

oh no! Now you have me all worried. I have my appt with Cindy. SHould I cancel and ask to work with someone else???

It's up to you. I met with her I just didn't like her ideas it was earlier in the planning if you already have what you want established it can't hurt to meet with her but if she's a dud set up an appt with Joseph c. Did you see samples yet?

This happened to me as well!! I ended up having nothing but problems throughout the whole affair..went thru 2 consultants and then finally had to work with Brian and his assistant..such a mess! The flowers were beautiful, but def not worth the aggravation and the threat of them suing me!!

Feeling alot better!!!! I called up today and Brian actually answered the phone and told him I was really upset that Joe left and I wasn't notified. I told him I am coming in on Wed. and the recptionist made an appointment with Cindy for me and after reading her reviews I am not comfortable working with her. He told me to come in on Wed and he will take care of me and have Joe C. there as well! He was super nice and I feel a lot better now!!!!!!

You are going to looooove Joseph C! I can't say enough great things about him. I raved about him in my review if you are interested in some specifics but he just gets it and goes above and beyond. Have a great meeting and keep us updated on how it goes!

So I met with Joseph C last night and now I know why so many people rave about him!!!! I'm feeling so much better now and so happy that I can work with him now .... He really took his time with me and can tell he loves what he does! I'm going in 2 weeks to see my cp sample.
