Flowers By Brian Brides

Question about your contracts... Did you have your contract itemized?

I don't have a cost per item, i.e. CPs, Bo-Ks, etc. just a total and what I am getting...

My contract was itemized. He wrote what each Boo-K would have and the size. He was wonerful to work with!

Did you request that? I just had a meeting with my wedding coordinator and gave her all my contracts and realized that I basically have the proposal that we worked up in our meeting as my contract-- I have a meeting set up where I am going to ensure everything is right and itemized. Was just wondering what other brides have.

I loved the work that FBB did with my wedding - BUT - go over your contract!!
Go over it more than once!
Have everything itemized and the price listed next to it. Make sure that the stand you have written down is actually the stand that you want! I got a big surprise on my wedding day. The centerpieces were beautiful, but not something I would have picked out.

I have a feeling one of the girls in the office sent me the proposal and did not get my an actual contract by accident.

I have a meeting set up with them a month before the wedding to review everything and I am bringing my cooridinator with me in tow to bust their balls!

YES!!!!

question- was it in a different form? I really feel like the girl who I spoke to there when I said I wanted to book them screwed up and I never got like a final final contract.

randi --i do not have anything itemized either --and i got my contract directly from brian --i am going back in a month or so just to make sure everything is in order and then i will go back with my coordinator too...i am paying extra for certain candleabras --i could see him forgetting to order them!!!!!

i wrote everything i wanted in a word document and he attached that to my contract...

I'd be careful with the wording of ANY contract...otehrwise there oculd be a misunderstanding on either person's part...better to know exactly what you're getting!

I am usually very good with contracts and everything that we discussed is in there- I just do not have the prices itemized. i was happy with the price, and what I was getting so I guess I didn't think to ask-- now that I may have more tables, and may change stuff- I really need to know what everything is costing.
