Re: flowers by burton

Check out Flower Michelle Florist... That's who we're using. His prices are very reasonable! Good luck!

Re: flowers by burton

I would recommend that you check out Burtons. I went to Commack Florist and was not impressed at all. There was an extra charge for everything and it sounded like they didn't do weddings too often. Actually the day I went there I also went to Burtons and Spitz & Peck. I decided to go with Spitz & Peck, they are on the pricey (very) side. Burtons was very reasonable, definately check them out.

Re: flowers by burton

I am using Burtons. I love flowers and didn't mind spending $$ on them, but I also needed a lot and Burtons gave me a great price and the flowers are beautiful. Plus everytime I call they are nice, polite and answer my questions.

Re: flowers by burton

I went with Burton's after checking out 4 others. I brought a picture of the centerpiece on the flowers by brian ad ( very high with about 5 dozens roses). I'm getting my bouquet, 6 bridesmaids, 5 corsages, all the bouts., 2 alters, 12 pew bows, 14 high centerpieces; 12 floating roses; 2 bar pieces; placecard table and powder rooms for $2300. Half of everywherre else I looked at. They were super helpful, very down to earth, and showed me a centerpiece on Tuesday AM from the Saturday before that still looked gorgeous. I was sold on the spot. Good Luck!

Re: flowers by burton

If I remember correctly -- I'm getting 10 pew decorations, 3 BM, 6 GM, 2 MOB/G, 10 high centerpieces for about $1700.

They are unbelievably reasonable - and they've gotten great reviews from brides who've used them. The one 'negative' comment from a bride who didn't like her flowers that much, really wasn't that negative since the bride took on a lot of the blame herself for not giving Burtons a clear picture of what she wanted.
