i dont know yet.... i actually have to set up an appt to pick out everything very soon... seems like the numbers come out of thin air since nothing is broken down into a set price...

Their pricing is great and I loved the fact I could get an in season flower. My Bo-Ks came out beautiful but they royally screwed up my CP. They did the right thing after the fact and I got $$$ back but my CPs were so simple it never should have happened. I would have paid more money to have someone who could do it right to begin with.

I know a few people who have used them. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I'm booked with Burtons...nothing to worry about...being easy doesn't mean anything bad...Why would I want the florist to nickel and dime each single flower? They made it very uncimplicated which I appreciated!!

From what I've heard, if you're not ultra picky, Burton's is a great choice. If you are and if having perfect flowers is important to you, then you might not 100% get what you envisioned (not to say you won't - just to say you're taking a chance). A friend of mine went there and said that you really have to ask them to show you their portfolios, and have them talk to you about your visions. Otherwise, they will just do a quick 1-2-3 estimate based on numbers. I've had very mixed reviews from quite a few coworkers who used them, and again, it seems the non-picky brides who weren't so 'into' the flowers were the ones who loved them best!

we booked with them. they did break down prices specifically with us, i.e. how much per centerpiece, etc.

I booked with Mike last week. It is that easy! He showed me some Bo-K's and CP's he had in the back so I could get an idea of the size of everything. He also invited me to come back in the fall (since my wedding is Fall of '10), so I can see some fall-related things he is doing and get some ideas on what I like.

Excited I booked with Burton's!

I booked with them just through word of mouth. My BBF used them for her wedding. Her flowers were stunning and lasted for like a week

I just met with them the other day...I am not sure if my quote was good or bad, but I am not getting CP's. So it was just Bok's, Bouts, and corsages, oh and rose petals.... I wish she would have shown me some pictures or Bo'ks but I really didnt ask, would have been great to see size. Seemed a bit rushed too. Probably still going to book with them! I hear great things!

I am using them, but I am supplying my own CPs and candles, so just using them for personal flowers and loose petals and holly for the tables. I'm not very concerned. As long as my bouquets aren't dead, I'm pretty nonchalant about flowers. They die, therefore I do not want to spend money on them lol.

That being said, I will probably ask to see the burgundy roses they intend to use, because there seemed to be an issue of which was black magic (burgundy) and which was black baccara (like dead black), and I DEFINITELY want the burgundy ones, and will flip my shiz if I get the black ones, so I'm just going to be very, very proactive about that from the get-go. I think as long as you do your dilligence with follow up, you'll be fine!
