Did you get to see a sample bouquet/centerpiece? I'm planning the wedding from out of town, so i've only spoken to them on the phone. I do have an idea of what I want and I was wondering if they would be able to do a sample the next time i go home.

I'm booked with Burton for flowers and I asked them about it. They don't do samples, but you can go there a few days beforehand and see the flowers they are using for you and work in progress.
You can send them pictures of what you'd like to help it out. I didn't really know what I liked either, but when I sat down they nailed it on the head.
