My FH is a Nassau Police officer and I told him the situation & he said he doesnt see why the police wont come to Ginas house and get formal statements from the mom & who ever else. def call the police girls and get everything recorded for when you sue her!! This is so grand larceny!

I agree, i would be documenting everything! even my FH said that he would be saving these posts as evidence
