She is really in bad condition guys.. she barely has a voice and was in tears when i spoke with her since she almost lost her life with her daugher.. I really hope she gets better!

Yes did you see her yesterday? My wedding is 3 weeks and I'm not sure if I should book another florist! I called her several times and left messages. I understand she is not doing well, but I have no clue what is going on. I would rather her just call me back and say listen.. I can't do your wedding look for another florist. I need to scramble now if she can't plus she has a huge chunk of my money. You can't not communicate with your customers either.

ITA! It's unfair to the brides whose weddings have already passed/quickly approaching to not return an email/text if she's lost her voice. Why is she responding to some brides and not others?

It's understandable that she is going through some kind of PTSD because of her tragedy ,and I know she is hurt...however if you can't reach out to the mass of brides that i'm sure have been contacting her... then the upcoming brides at least like you! It makes no sense that she responds to some ppl and not others... I'd say with your wedding in 3 weeks you're priority! This is a good way to sink your business for sure! If she doesn't care for herself it'd be nice if she cared enough to just let you know so you could move on. Let me know what you want to do sunshine...I'll help you hustle to find something
