You did not answer my question. It is a fact she missed weddings after yours all the way up until September. The accident was supposedly August 15th. However you were in contact with her August 17th. How do you explain that?

With respect to the mental hospital, if that is the case she should take her mom and brother to court for slander/defamation....not the brides whose weddings she clearly missed.

I agree with you any business person should be able to have back up but we all knew that when we picked Gina as our vendor that she was working by herself and we all still took that chance.
Like I said i was in touch with her August 17th and she told me her and her daughter were in a car accident and that her daughter was in the hospital at the time. Gina was in the hospital a little later for a different reason.
I only know what i saw and found out myself.
The neighbor also told me she was taken away by ambulance but they all gopt the info from her deranged brother.
If it's going to help your case i would consider signing it. But I would need to know how this information will be used.

Does that really matter what reason she was in the hospital for ?
She missed weddings and I am sure she feels like crap after that and i am sure she will do that right thing .
But to those brides who's wedding she didn't miss I am not sure you have case. Well you should know better then me since you are a lawyer and I'm a dentist :)

Maybe not rumors but a lot of misinformed people and that makes the whole story false.
She was in an accident
she has paperwork to show it
She will refund the weddings that she missed

anything else like DUI mental hospital is all BS and I'm not saying the girls started it but the information that they received from her brother and mother is crap.
That's why i wanted you guys to try to get a hold of GINA herself.

How do you know they are rumors and false? Just because you talked to Gina doesn't make it a fact. How do you know she will refund the weddings that she missed?

Girls please stop talking to this Marmarlove because she is not making sense anymore either. Also you do not want to do/say anything that will possibly reflect negatively on your cases so just keep things to yourselves or FM each other from now on, but don't post anything legal or what you intend to do until you have gone to court.

actually it does matter a little because she got her daughter involved and said her daughter was in serious condition... when brides went to the house and saw her daughter there and nothing was wrong with her...

Also, I might add, many people have email confirmations from you talking about how disgusting your flowers were the day of your wedding. So I would be careful what you are posting because you are getting caught up in your own stories as well.

I don't need to be careful about anything. I told you a lot of people say a lot of things when they are angry.


I went to the source not counting on her brother , mother, whoever. That's why I believe her. Also her daughter was hurt to what extent I don't know.

Oh so since you know people say things when they are angry, you must fully understand why we post the FACTS on this thread..
