Do you think that it would be out of season, a la white shoes after Labor Day faux paus, to wear white orchids in my hair if my wedding is in November?

I don't think so. My mom got married in December and I remember her telling me she had white orchids in her bouquet.

honestly, because of all the greenhouses around, most flowers are always 'in season.' i say go for it! it will look gorgeous!!
