Hi girls---

many of you know I had an issue with them for my wedding (forgot to add ivy to the stems of my candelabra) after I approved it the day before which changed the ENTIRE look of the room ....The I wrote on here that everything was going to be taken care of......Well its now two months later and I still have not yet resolved it...

Brian PROMSIED me after I called 2x after my intial covnco with him (around middle of May) a 'refund check' was in the mail---Ummmm....i got married April 14th, today is June 19th--go figure?

I left another message last nigth and i am VERY pissed off

Any suggestions?

I agree, sometimes it is better to handle things in person when there is no phone to hide behind.

I would definitely go in. If nothing is resolved make a complaint with the BBB.

I agree go in there and don't flip (although I wouldn't blame you) and state that you will not cease until you have the matter handled!!
