Besides Bridesmaids Groomsmen, groom and myself, centerpieces, place card table where else are flowers need at the hall and ceremony (ceremony at same place)? I am meeting with Florist this week, and want to have a compelte list of what I need. Any suggestions? Has anyone bought flowers for mens and ladies restrooms?

Some people also get flowers for those people who are going to read during the ceremony or for those people who are going to take the gifts down the isle to the alter.

What about flowes for the escort table? I don't think that it is a total requirement, but depending on the size of the table you may want to consider one...

Re: Flowers....Am I leaving anything out?
If you are doing a rose petal toss, petals.
My ceremony is at the reception hall. My florist recommended renting these little pilar things from him that I can put the table centerpieces on along the aisle for the ceremony. That way I can save a little money on ceremony decorations.
After the ceremony, some of the flowers on my chuppah will be used to decorate a mantel in the room.
I'll have flowers around my unity candle set on the alter.
I got a ladies room arrangement. FH didn't want one in the men's room.
If you have flowergirl(s) you need petals for them.
You might want fresh flowers to decorate your cake.
Some people scatter rose petals as a decoration on tables.
Also, some people get an arrangement for the dais or sweetheart's table. But other people use the bridal party bouquets as decoration on the dais or on the cake table.

You might also want some altar pieces too for your ceremony (these can be moved to decorate the bar or other locations in the hall that look empty. Other cermony decorations include pew bows or stantions, and an aisle runner. Does your hall have any fireplaces? Then you might want to think about decorating the mantles as well.

Other options depending on your site:
candles flowers for bar flowers for cocktail hour flowers for passed hordeuver trays flowers/decor for guestbook table flowers for your cake knife flowers for your birdcage or cake holder flowers for the back of your (b&g) chairs
Pretty much anything that stands still can be covered in flowers if you want.
