I booked with Flower Barn!!!! Absolutely love them. One of my favorite vendors.
The best advice I can give you is to bring examples/photos of what you want.

Florists that People have raved about for prices and quality include
Flower Barn Burtons Bridal Flowers and Designs by Gina (we booked with her) Designs by Rose Verbana Designs Flower Michelle
With any of them, have an idea of the flowers you like and overall style you want, do you want tall centerpieces, low centerpieces, are there flower you must/must not have at your wedding, and colors.
Questions to ask are
What flowers would you be getting in each piece what is the delivery fee When would you deliver the flowers Do you get to see a sample How many weddings do you do in one day Find out if they have familiarity with your hall and room what is the price breakdown for each item if you pay cash, is there a discount
