Does anyone know how soon before the wedding do you have to turn in your song lists? I can't remember and I'm approaching the 2 month mark rapidly! Also, do you meet with them again to go over stuff, or do you just e-mail it to them? I can't remember I booked them so long ago! Help!!

I just called today to make my final appointment with them. I would call soon. They said 2-4 weeks before and I guess you should bring the sheets in then.

I'm not sure I'm going to need to meet them. Our wedding is in two weeks and I mailed them the forms, along with a note telling them what we are about and what we're looking for and also sent a list of songs we like (some marked 'must play')...I think that may cover it. I was pretty specific.

I remember them telling me that we would set up an appointment to meet with them two weeks before the wedding and that they needed the songs, pictures (for montage) and final details at that time.
