fmil again but nightmare

it was so bad remember saturday my FMIL was yeling at me b/c i booked the Dj well last night i had a dream that she and FFIL told me to return my dress(which i dont have yet) and we dont want you to have this wedding and that they wanted us just to elop. i was so upset i woke up crying and now i have a headache.

Why does nightmares have to feel so real?
