FMIL giving us her timeshare for Honeymoon in Hawaii?????
Has anyone used a timeshare for their honeymoon? I know absolutely nothing about this. Please advise!
P.S. She wants us to pick two islands and resorts....any suggestions?

we got to use a timeshare for our mexico honeymoon trip..we use them all of the time..just make sure you don't need to pay any additional taxes on it and just do a review for the available resorts..you can get really lucky sometimes but other times congrats..what a money saver!!

My advice would eb to book as early as you can. My aunt and unlce gave me 2 weeks timeshare for Hawaii .. I chose the westin in Maui and the Marriot in Kauia. Can't tell you what they are like yet but I can let you know when I get back in mid-june.

My FILs gave us a week in Hawaii. We put in for both Kauai and Maui and ended up getting Kauai. There should be a book you can look at and make choices. tripadvisor.com is a good site to look up reviews.
