My FMIL is a very very nice lady only issue I have with her is she allows her pos duaghter to torture every1 and just caters to her every need. BUT for Xmas as one of our joint gifts she gave us our wedding flutes. Its waterford very nice but I have yet to register and had another one inmind. Wasen't she kind of jumping the gun? Very nice though on her part but thats something FH and I choose not his mom!!!! My mom would NEVER do that!!

aw I think it was nice thing of her to get you your flutes, THOUGH she should have asked FH or you if you had any in mind instead of just buying what she liked.

that is such a nice gift!!!! that's cool that she got you that....... I know what you mean about the pain in the neck part....but still enjoy your toasting flutes....at least she didn't buy you an unwanted china set.....

hahahahah that is a good way to look at it!!! These are little details that mean so much to me and I am quite particular about it was veryyy generous and thoughtful but she doesn't even ask him if I have anythign mind. She can even ask my mom.
