FMIL Vent

When making the guest list there were huge, HUGE issues because her cousins HAD to be invited. Even though I had never met them. Blah Blah Blah FH upset because my 2nd cousins who I have a relationship were invited, but his weren't and yada yada yada.

I cave and all of these people are invited. FMIL is finally happy. Fast forward to today. Out of 11 No's 8 of them are her people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We could have invited our friends, but no we had to make FMIL happy and invite her people who aren't coming. It is to late to send out B list invites.

I'm just really pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are these people you can call and let them know your invite got lost in the mail and send out??

That stinks. What if you call the B List people and just say something like your invites got mixed up and you just realized they didn't go out to them, especially if you really want them to be there...Not sure if that breaks all wedding etiquette...
