I just have to say that I have a great relationship with my FMIL.
She got me a brookstone ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for x-mas and I cleaned my ring today and HOLY MOLY IT IS SPARKLY!!!!

That is awesome. My mom works for a jeweler so I just pass it off to her when it needs a cleaning.
