FML - house is killing me

so, owning a house suckkks sometimes.

My cesspool collapsed. $2500 min to replace and I have no choice.

The funny/scary thing is that the cesspool company marked the area around it w yellow tape and now it looks like a crime scene...

considering my neighbor was murdered a month ago and no one has been arrested yet..this does not look good. lol

\Morbid?...yes, sorry, but sometimes you have to laugh at things like this.

should i mention, out near me..most houses had outhouses? yep...i had one and filled it in and took off the toilet seat and made it a shelf inside. but um...outhouse...

Check your homeowners insurance you may be covered.

I was going to mention this as well. You should be covered. usually the insurance will not cover what caused the damage, but will cover the cost to fix it.

sound beach. Its a weird common occurrence that these houses had outhouses. It creeped me out so I immediately filled mine in w sand and rocks. It doubled as a shed back then an now that's all I use it for.

nope...not covered. the sad thing was I could even remember who my homeowners co was and had to look it up on my mortgage site. lol
