FML- My week keeps getting worse!

YIKES!!!

I would immediately report this to the higher ups and request that he has nothing to do with you (i.e. working on the same projects in the same meetings) OR go to a judge if you really think that he did it on purpose to be a psycho!

I think when I come back from that 'meeting' tomorrow I am going to talk to the Executive Director and see if I can transfer somewhere. It will solve both problems ( my brother and I working in the same office and my ex)

When I found out- I went to my HR manager and told her and all she said is dont let it bother you. I was like ' dont let it bother me? this is the man that used to beat the hell out of me and threaten my life' She told me since I know that he works till 2:30 that I should just advoid when he will be leaving the building. I got nowhere with her

that is so ridiculous

Hopefully they will be able to transfer you if you want to go..though I think they should definately move him since he just got there
