FH and I just took ours last week. It was pretty long, about 150 questions, possibly more if certain situations apply to you. We were done in under 30 minutes from when we walked in. You'll go over it at a later date with someone (not sure who though) or at least that's how it works at my church. All we did was take the test and leave, pretty painless.

Ours was 3 different sessions...but I don't think that was normal. Basically you take a 150 question test on a scantron and then they compare your answers to FH's and discuss the ones that you guys disagreed on. They also brought up a bunch of other topics like kids, money, etc
How much did it cost?? Is there just a 1 day session??
I am pretty sure it was $75. It wasn't bad. There were kind of a lot of questions though and i felt like everything was a double negative so when we got our results back some I had blatanly answered wrong so that was kinda funny!!!
we did it online. def read the questions carefully bc theres a few double negatives.
We took ours also and I didnt think it was that bad. Some of the questions you ever know what they want you to say. They told me at St. Rose wed hear back from a mentor couple in5 weeks. Well, its been 2 1/2 months and 3 phone calls and we are still waiting for someone to set up an appt with us to go over the questions. Hope its easier for you inyour church!

the cheapest pre-cana I saw was like $175- $300 Plus th0e $ 50 foccus plus the 125 I spent on the class I never needed!!!
Our precana was $75 and we did the foccus online for $50. We went a few weeks ago to a church in Wantagh to review and compare our answers. We were there with a few other couples. I honestly thought it was a waste of time. FH and I talked about whatever we didn't agree on and then a licensed therapist came over to us for a few minutes to see if we had any 'serious' issues. We were in and out within half and hour.
We did it online before we went to Pre-Cana. It was over 150 questions. FH and I showed as really compatible with our answers, etc.
no clue what it's like but have fun!
We just took ours last night. The questions were sometimes confusing - you definitely have to read them closely and watch out for the double negatives. I'm actually looking forward to seeing what FH put... we have our FOCCUS class next week....
