I received a letter from the people running it. I called them and left messages three times and emailed them once... still haven't heard back from them. How annoying! I want to get it over with.

i took it MONTHS AGOOO...but still have not heard back about results and follow up meeting

We did it and then just a few weeks ago we met with our Deacon to review the results.....I answered one of the questions wrong, like I must have misread it bc I answered it saying that FH has a drinking problem!!!

Its basically the same 20 questions asked 5 different ways.

I did it, i found it was actually pretty helpful. It highlights areas you might need to work on in your relationship, and makes you think about things u may not have thought about or discussed with eachother. We went over our results about 2 weeks after we took it.

I did it a few weeks ago. Just beware of double negatives - for each statement/question you answer 'agree' or 'disagree', and some are worded in the negative (i.e. 'I dislike my future partner's friends'). I too accidentally forgot to switch a double negative and answered one wrongly! I'm curious to get the results!

we're interfaith, so we had to do it for the church, but i didnt find it too helpful b/c obviously it is geared towards two catholic people. We havent met to discuss the results yet.

We have ours on Friday. My mother used to work at the diocese organizing pre-cana for nassau and suffolk county and gave me a bit of insight into the idea and purpose of FOCCUS. It's basically a tool to use to help you cover everything you need to discuss before you go through pre-cana. My FH is kind of interested in seeing our results b/c he believes that it can be useful. I agree, however I tell him almost everything so I don't quite know whats left to talk about!

The same night we met with the Deacon, we made our appointment to do the evaluation and to review it two days after (Sunday).

I took mine in feb and am still waiting for the results but we got the pre cana call like last week for sept go figure

yep. just a really long test.

dont say having a job is more important than the church- they frown about that fh and i both got that one 'wrong'

I find this so weird......my (catholic) church doesn't make us do FOCCUS. We had 6 hours worth of pre-cana and that was it
