FOCUS

Has anyone heard of this? It has to be done before Pre-Cana and we are starting tonight.

I never heard of it... My church already contacted me about Pre-Cana and I'm not getting married until next October. They never mentioned anything called Focus! I'll be sure to keep my eye out for this... since it may be something I might have to do too!

we did it - its a lot of questions but no big deal. Our priest had us take it home & do it together. Do a search for more info.

Yes. WE took it. It is pretty much a personality test that was created for various religious denominations. My priest said there are Jewish, Methodist, etc versions. It is one of those tests that just asks you the same type of questions a couple of times. Topics included family, FIL, religion, money, sex. If you have a solid relationship it is no biggie. It more of less helps bring topics to the table that you may have never discussed. I pretty much bursted out laughing at one question, that said something along the lines of 'Do you ever question your significant others sexual orientation'...yeah right!

We did this. But the priest had us do it separately. He interviewed us actually. It was really fast and pretty simple.

It is a personality test.. There are questions you have to answer on scantron either yes/no/unsure.. Then they use these questions for you and fh in precana.. They want to see what you agree in or disagree in as far as money, living situation, family, inlaws, sexual preference, children, and so on.. It is a fun test you will learn lot about eachother..
