Focus test

Well I took it today...interesting! 156 scantron questions...felt like I was in high school filling in the circles...lol What did you all think of the test? The funniest question to me was 'would you feel comfortable being naked in front of your future spouse?' .....I mean this test is supposed to see how much we talk about certain issues...I just wouldn't talk to him about that....lol...I would be comfy no questions asked

my DH and I took that test when we were engaged and we scored pretty high!! I guess we are pretty compatable. The funniest part was the 'sex' part...which our Pastor said we scored extreamly high and that we would not be discussing that!!
I guess she wasnt comfortable doing that with us. we thought it was a good way for us to see what we would need to work on in our realtionship!

We haven't taken the FOCUS test yet - our couple was sick and had to reschedule. We are taking it next Thursday - do they really ask questions like that???!!!!

Kim its a scantron test....our priest gave me the test in one room and my fh took it in another room...the test gets mailed to the archdiocese and they score it (I'm pretty sure by computer)....the sex questions are not explicit...basically the test is a bunch of statements and you circle in whether you agree, disagree or undecided. I look at the test as a positive thing....don't worry Kim it will be ok!!

Is it part of Pre-Cana? We didn't have to do that

It is before Pre Cana (supposed to be). They told us we did well, very compatible and didn't have to go back to discuss anything with them

Well we didn't start precana yet....this was the first thing we did for the church....I guess every diocese is different?!

I think every church is different. DH and I didn't have to take the FOCUS test, but a bunch of my friends have. It all depends on where your ceremony is I guess.
