I registered online but checked reviews on oppinion sites for any major itemes like pots&pans and food processor.

I started online because I got too excited right before we went! Then we went and scanned A LOT in the stores. Now I update on line.

I picked out stuff online then went to the store to see it in person - then i went home and registered online - it was a great decision for me!

Same for me. I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond(the store) and then updated online. good luck!
