Re: Fondue???
You're thinking of The Melting Pot. It just opened a few weeks ago. It's a chain, but this is the only one in LI. It's on Rt. 110 in Farmingdale.

Re: Fondue???
MElting Pot is OVERATED!!!!! Went there on Sunday and it is extremely overpriced for what u get. The bread was stale. The instructions they give u on how long to leave each type of meat in is horrible. would never go there for dinner again. While the chocolate was good... the dippers were 2nd rate.

The Melting Pot is a chain restaurant.. I went to the one in Colorado and it's a lot of fun to go to. If you register on their website, they sometimes offer coupons for specials or extras.

Re: Fondue???
I agree DIP and Melting Pot are great.
There's also an authentic French fondue place, Artisanal and I believe 33rd and Park ave. AWESOME AWESOME place. You walk in and you smell stinky cheese but the food is great!
Goodluck!
