I had a 12pm CH and 1-5 Reception and it was the same kind of food you'd have at an evening wedding

Yes..you get the same food as an evening dinner so it will be just as good.!!

same food....just get a better price if you choose afternoon because everyone wants night so they make it appealling when u are on a budget

I went to an afternoon wedding and they had a typical cocktail hour, and then a sit-down 5 course meal.

I am having an afternoon affair. We are doing the same things you would do at any wedding. We do cocktail hour and then we do all the sit down courses. Afternoon weddings aren't any different than evening weddings.
