Food at Harrison House

Can anyone tell me how the food at the Harrison House is?

The food at the Harrison House is outstanding and so is the place. It is bit pricey. You may want to check out Carltun or Garden City Hotel. The Harrison House is where they filmed the movie Sabrina with Harrison Ford.

The food AND service are both outstanding. I was a BM in a wedding there and it was the best wedding I've ever been to! I stayed there w/ the bride the night before (female bonding) and it was incredible!

The bride and groom went all out...string quartet at cocktail hour, 4 hour reception, Viennese hour, AND, for all of the people who were staying the night (and those who wanted to continue to party), they had an open bar and 'mini-buffet' in the bar upstairs. We had the entire place to ourselves for the weekend! FYI, she had just over 200 people and anymore than that would have been tight.

My gf got married there - now I really feel old - 9 years ago and it was almost $200 pp then. She did have a lot for that price but it was also 1991. Good luck!

I'm not getting married at any of the establishments the 'musician friend' mentioned. I can't afford to. We're given only 30 minutes for our ceremony (we need about 40) and then the cocktail hour is immediately following the ceremony.

I found the people at the Carlton to be very snotty also. We had an appointment there and when we arrived the woman we were meeting with was with someone else who was signing a contract. She did not even acknowledge us with a hello, I'll be with you shortly. She did not finish with the other person until 45 minutes into our scheduled appointment. We walked around the place ourselves and then walked out!
