T, you can have all kinds of food that you like, but what kind of sauce are you looking to dip this food in. You can even do a marinara sauce and put it in a fondue. Then have all different types of fish and meats on the side. Even some bread and stuff.

Re: FOOD FONDU
I went to a fondue restaurant and we had a choice of fondueing with peanut oil( ) or an herbal bouillion(sp?) which was excellent and a tasty way to cook the shrimp, chicken, beef & veggies!

Re: FOOD FONDU
Hey T!
While on my honeymoon, we went to the best Fondue place in Switzerland and these were the choices.
Cut up raw beef - In the fondue pot was boiling oil - and the fondue pot was on a circular tray that spun around and had like 10 different dipping sauces for the beef placed around the pot of oil.
You could also choose to have an herbal bouillion as stated above instead of the oil (but with the same dipping sauces).
